We understand that getting your order delivered on time matters. At Mdbvx, we prepare orders carefully and arrange shipment as soon as they are ready to leave our warehouse.
Processing Your Order
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Processing may occasionally take longer during busy sales periods or when additional order verification is required.
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged according to the total value of your order:
USD 5 shipping fee for orders below USD 100
Free Shipping for orders of USD 100 or more
The shipping charge, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery
For most destinations, delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days after the package has been shipped.
The actual delivery time can vary depending on the destination, local delivery conditions, customs procedures, and the carrier handling the package. In some cases, an international shipment may take longer than the estimated timeframe.
The delivery estimate does not include the order-processing period.
Delivery Services
We may use different shipping providers depending on the destination and the most suitable service available for your order. These may include Hong Kong Post, EMS, DHL, or a local delivery partner.
For some international shipments, the parcel may be transferred to a local carrier once it reaches the destination country.
The carrier used for your order may therefore differ from one shipment to another.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details after your order has been dispatched.
It is normal for tracking information to take a short period of time to appear in the carrier's system. If there is no movement for a few days, this does not necessarily mean that the package has been lost, as international shipments may go through periods without a new scan.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Depending on the destination, an order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout. Any applicable customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance may also affect the final delivery time.
Address Information
Please check your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be sent again.
If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing, please contact us at sale@mdbvx.com and provide your order number together with relevant photos or other information.
We will review the shipment details and work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
Canceling an Order
Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the package has not already been shipped.
After an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy for information about returning the order.
Changes to This Policy
Shipping services, delivery estimates, and available carriers may change from time to time. Mdbvx may update this Shipping Policy when necessary to reflect changes to our shipping arrangements.
